During the Discovery Call, we assess your QuickBooks file and understand your bookkeeping needs. We ensure that your income, bill payments, local tax filings, expense categories and payroll records are accurate. We’ll also identify opportunities to simplify and improve your financial processes. After completing the Discovery call, we’ll report back to you with findings and estimates for the next three phases.
Catch-up / clean-up
If there are any catch up or clean up work needed, we’ll review the work needed and get your approval before we complete the work on an hourly basis. It’s critical to fix the historical errors and get the historical reconciliations completed in order to have a clean start!
System Setup & Process Improvement
We’ll analyze the systems you have in place and identify areas needing improvement. With a focus on optimizing efficiencies, we can also suggest 3rd party applications that integrate with your systems. Our team will develop a process workflow that addresses your specific business needs and help implement them as part of your business operations.
